Year 2 My World Topic

As part of our topic 'My World', the children came into school dressed as a country of their choice and shared a fact they had learnt. We learnt about the 7 continents of the world and they created their own map.

We also enjoyed tasting a variety of foods from different countries. These included salami, cous cous, pomegranate and a firm favourite...maple syrup and pancakes! Some of the children were really surprised at what they liked and they were really grown up when it came to 'trying' new foods. Well done Year 2 - Super learning!
